According to a new report from the advocacy group Transport & Environment, small and affordable electric cars are giving Europe’s EV market a fresh boost. Affordable EVs from Renault, Volkswagen, and a number of Chinese automakers are helping people move away from gasoline, which remains expensive due to the wars in Iran and Ukraine.
