A European automaker is bringing a cute and cheap electric vehicle to the U.S. Fiat said on Tuesday that it will start selling the Topolino here, a tiny EV that in some markets isn't even classified as a car, but a quadricycle.

It'll be cheaper than anything else on the passenger vehicle market right now, but it's built more for micromobility than road tripping. A top speed of 25 mph will do that.
