The Kia EV3 has been a long time coming. Starting at around $30,000, it’s the Korean automaker’s cheapest EV in the U.S. and a much-needed entry-level model in a market starved for affordable options.
Tim Levin drove the EV3 during its press drive in Canada and came away impressed. He says the base $30,000 model isn’t a particularly great value, but step up to the $35,000 trim and things get much more interesting. It’s packed with features and offers a lot of EV for the money.
The EV3 is also fun to drive, while its compact footprint makes it easy to maneuver around town. But will American buyers actually snap these up in big numbers? Read Tim’s full review for the lowdown on Kia’s new little EV.
That and more in today’s edition of The Update.
